Bristos Skoda are recruiting for an Service Advisor (Apprentice). The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced aftersales environment.
As an Service Advisor (Apprentice), you will need to be organised, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well presented. The working environment can be quite competitive and demanding as the focus is always on maximising every opportunity. Duties in Service Advisor (Apprentice) may vary but you will typically include:To be the first line of communication – meeting and greeting customers and visitors.
To receive all incoming telephone calls for the dealership in accordance with company policy.
To deal with customer requirements in an efficient and courteous manner, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood to achieve a high standard of customer satisfaction.
To ensure highest standards of personal appearance and housekeeping.
To promote excellent customer and public relationsMaintaining contact with new and existing customers through telephone and email.
Gathering customer data to enable you to keep them updated of promotions. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Qualification requirements for the Marriott Motor Group include Maths & English and Science GCSE grade A-C or equivalent grade 9 – 4.
Skills Required:
You will need to demonstrate:

Future Prospects: Apprentices have the potential to work their way into a full time, permanent role
Training to be provided:
Apprentices will receive on the job training and visits from Development Coaches every 4-6 weeks. It is also expected that 4-5 hours are spent studying in their own time.
The National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £6.40 per hour. However Marriott Motor Group will pay an enhanced Apprenticeship Rate of £6.90. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies

A position has become available for a Service Technician at Bury St Edmunds Audi. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will be able to carry out a variety of tasks ranging from routine maintenance, servicing and repairs. MOT testing would also be preferred although not essential.
